Woodhouse Campus Cafe & Taps

After three years, Woodhouse Blending & Brewing had the opportunity to sign a lease on a tasting room extension on the upper west side of Santa Cruz, right across the street from UCSC campus. These are some of the first renderings that we used to help secure the lease with the landlord. Sometimes just showing really nice renderings of future tenant remodels can help the property owner realize the worth of your tenancy.
