This beach house was my quick rendition for taking a 900 square foot, one story beach bungalow, and by building a garage addition onto the front driveway, it enables for a second story master bedroom with glass walls. On the left wing of the house, a three story addition would be built up like a tower. The entirety of the roof is a massive deck that allows for panaramic views of the ocean.
