Designing a brewery space was one of the most enjoyable projects I’ve ever done. For me it was a lot like designing a home. Trying to keep it rustic-modern was the goal. Ironically, having a clear budget helps expedite decision making, especially a limited one. When you have a limited budget, you’re forced to make moments happen as opposed to falling into the trap of making a whole space scream with design. Special moments are what I strive to create.
